Case studies to practise crosscultural situations based on participants’ situations – role plays, feedback and coaching

Identifying participants’ own cultural perceptions and putting them in a crosscultural context

Crosscultural gaffes and how to avoid them in meetings, interviews (sales and negotiation), socio/professional situations, written communications, etc

Build a model for understanding clients/partners from other cultures
