Maximum participant practice as both interviewee and interviewer (DVD recording, play back, feedback and evaluation).

  • Bridging, flagging, hooking and sound bites

  • The interview checklist – do’s and don'ts

  • Avoiding manipulation (the slant) and handling tricky questions
